Victim Assistance is available to assist victims of pending criminal cases through the legal process. As a victim you have a right to know and be a part of the legal process. The Victim Assistance Director will be getting in contact with you at the beginning of the criminal case. If you are not contacted and believe you should be please call 765 653 8979.


We understand that the criminal process can be new and intimidating and we will do what we can to alleviate some of the anxiety of the court process. We also understand that there are other aspects of the victimization that we may not be able to fully assist you with. Please look into the resources listed here. Please also look at the resources in the drop down of the Victim Assistance tab. If we can’t help you, we will do what we can to find someone that can.
